The Importance of Art

"Tax dollars should not be wasted on art, music or theater classes in high school. Public high schools should be about training young people to enter the workforce. Period."

 I disagree with this statement because art,music, and theater are all ways students can express themselves and be creative. If students are looking to be a art teacher or music director when they are older they will take art and music classes. The students need classes and knowledge on certain work forces before going. so, without these art classes and music classes and theater how will people know what to do when applying for occupation such as teachers for music,theater, and art.
